Zegna: World Pass: An Intro
To support the launch of Zegna’s global loyalty program, I created the first in a series of films introducing World Pass to internal teams. The video was designed to orient store staff worldwide, explaining the mechanics of the program while embodying Zegna’s aesthetic and tone.
As the entry point for the initiative, it set the style and narrative approach for subsequent training and communication pieces, ensuring a consistent rollout across markets.
